Mill Springs Grist Mill Open for 2023 Summer Tours – Mill Springs Mill Park, 9155 Hwy 1275 N, Monticello, KY. The Mill Springs Grist Mill will be open from 9am till 5pm on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays beginning May 27th and will continue seasonal operation through September 17, 2023. Guided tours will be available, with corn grinding demonstrations from 2pm-3pm each day.
